At Advance Sourcing Concepts you are not just an application and resume. We take the time to understand your career goals so we can help you achieve them, by finding the right fit for you. We work with a variety of companies within the area, and we are always looking to help staff our client’s full-time or temporary positions.

Q: Do I have to pay for this service?

No, we never charge our job seekers for our services.

Q: Where are we located?

We are located near Ross Park Mall in Pittsburgh, PA, with another office in the Parkersburg, West Virginia area.

Q: How do I sign up for Advance Sourcing to help me with finding a job?

Finding a Job with Advance Sourcing Concepts

Q: I am looking for a job. Can you help?

Absolutely! We have a variety of clients with open positions across the company. We are always looking to staff our clients’ positions. We specialize in placing candidates within the areas of Business, Engineering, Finance, Government, IT, and Medical.

Q: How do I submit my resume?

Go to our website (ascpeople.com) and apply to one of our positions, or send your resume to one of our recruiting support employees as [email protected].

Q: I’ve submitted my resume. What happens next?

If you have applied for one of our open positions, one of our recruiting supports or recruiters will be in contact with you if your skills and experience meet the requirements of the open position for which you have applied.

If you have submitted the resume to one of our recruiting supports, one will be getting in contact with you shortly!

Q: I was interviewed. Why hasn’t anyone contacted me?

There could be a variety of reasons why you may not have received a call back yet. The positions could have been filled, or your experience does not match the client’s specific needs. We have new jobs that open every day, and we highly recommend that you keep your resume updated and continue to apply for many of our amazing opportunities.

Q: Do I have to take a skills assessment?

Some skills testing will be required, based on what position you may be applying for. These assessments provide you and our team with insight into the work culture and environment you perform best in and allows us to focus on finding the best available opportunity for you.

Q: Why have I not received my skills assessment invitation?

These items frequently get sent to the spam or junk folders, so please check those first. If there is no email still, please feel free to reach out to our team by emailing [email protected].
