Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level administrative and operational support to company leadership.
- Coordinate daily business operations, workflows, schedules, and communications.
- Manage projects, deadlines, and priorities to ensure efficient business operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows, and operational efficiency.
- Assist with office administration, vendor relationships, and internal procedures.
- Support transaction coordination throughout the real estate buying and selling process.
- Coordinate communication between agents, lenders, title companies, inspectors, contractors, and clients.
- Maintain CRM systems, transaction records, and business databases.
- Create and manage social media content, digital marketing campaigns, and branding initiatives.
- Capture marketing content from listings, company events, and community activities.
- Support CRM optimization, AI integration, workflow automation, and digital business systems.
- Coordinate meetings, events, onboarding activities, and team initiatives.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in real estate, mortgage, title, transaction coordination, or a related industry.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Professional, customer-focused attitude with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Comfort using technology, CRM systems, social media platforms, and digital business tools.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated with a positive, growth-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Top Producer, Follow Up Boss, Engage, or similar systems.
- Experience with social media marketing, branding, and content creation.
- Knowledge of AI tools, workflow automation, and digital business systems.
- Previous executive assistant, operations management, or business coordination experience.
- Associate degree or higher preferred.
