Seasonal Retail Store Associate Opportunities
ASC People is recruiting for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Store Associates to support a nationally recognized organization during the busy Medicare enrollment season. This seasonal opportunity is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with customers, thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, and want to gain valuable experience with a respected company.
Positions are available in Pittsburgh (South Hills), Erie, and North Fayette Township, Pennsylvania. Successful candidates will receive four weeks of paid training before assisting customers throughout the enrollment season.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the retail Medicare center.
- Schedule customer consultations and appointments.
- Support sales representatives with daily customer interactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment.
- Enter customer information accurately into CRM systems.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service while answering general questions.
- Assist with additional retail and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
- Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
