ASC People is recruiting for a dependable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Specialist to support marketing and warehouse fulfillment operations for a 12-week contract assignment in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a clean, organized warehouse environment. The successful candidate will assist with assembling marketing materials, preparing mailings, organizing inventory, and ensuring fulfillment projects are completed accurately and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and bundle marketing materials according to project specifications.
- Prepare mailers by stuffing envelopes and organizing printed materials for distribution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse workspace.
- Assist with inventory counts and restocking supplies as needed.
- Ensure all fulfillment materials are accurate and meet quality standards.
- Follow established warehouse procedures and workplace safety guidelines.
- Support team members with additional fulfillment and warehouse tasks as assigned.
Qualifications

- Prior warehouse, shipping, fulfillment, or distribution experience is helpful but not required.
